Business Activities

■NC Lathe CNC Automatic Lathe We can handle a variety of materials from bars to hexagonal materials, with processing diameters from φ2 to φ340. We also offer focused chucking and bar work processing (φ3 to φ60), equipped to handle both small quantities of various items and mass production, with a particular expertise in complex processing. ■Machining Center Tapping Center Our machining and tapping centers, consisting of about 40 machines, excel not only in additional processing after NC lathe machining but also in processing from bars, square materials, and plates. Using NC rotary tables and tilting rotary tables, we can accommodate 5-axis machining as well as materials such as lost wax and castings. ■Wire Cutting and Other Equipment ■Integrated Production from Forging to Cutting Our forging machines primarily handle brass products, and we accept orders for the entire process from material arrangement, forging, cutting, to plating. ■Comprehensive Order System Including Partner Companies For large parts, long shafts, gears, and other processes that are difficult to handle in-house, we collaborate with partner factories to meet these needs. ■Robust Quality Inspection System Equipped with the latest facilities such as 3D measuring machines, roundness measuring machines, and contour measuring machines, we can measure almost all shapes. ■Cleaning Equipment We have introduced environmentally friendly hydrocarbon-based ultrasonic cleaning machines, allowing for clean deliveries.
