We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Minafit," which we handle, at Toba View Hotel Hanashinjyu. Before the implementation, there were no suitable cardboard boxes for the target product, resulting in the use of larger boxes. This posed a risk of the products moving inside and damaging the packaging unless cushioning material was added. After the implementation, the boxes were the perfect size, eliminating the need for cushioning material and reducing material costs. The issue of product gift boxes being crushed and other packaging damage problems was also resolved. We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of our product "Minadan Eco-L" at Adastria Logistics Co., Ltd. The company designed the layout of shelves and the introduced equipment with the intention of minimizing the need for workers to walk around the large warehouse searching for products. They also considered the distance female workers would need to move, leading to the adoption of our product. After the implementation, they have been able to carry four boxes at once, which has been positively evaluated for its work efficiency.
