Jotsu Company Overview

This system was established to efficiently assist in the search for suspicious vehicles (vehicles involved in incidents, illegal taxis, and other blacklisted vehicles) in response to consultations from the prefecture. Information about the vehicles to be searched is registered in advance and matched with passing vehicles. If a match with a suspicious vehicle is found, an alarm is sent to the relevant department. This allows for 24-hour monitoring, enabling a reduction in labor costs and an increase in efficiency. As an application of vehicle license plate recognition, the following content was jointly experimented on: - Performing vehicle number recognition with a reduced equipment configuration - For security purposes, constructing a network using 4G LTE communication and VPN encrypted communication without using existing infrastructure - Confirming not only the vehicle number but also the driver's demeanor
