We are equipped with a Sunderland gear cutting machine. If the twist angle is 22°30', it is possible to process even without a keyway. We can process up to a maximum outer diameter of approximately φ2000, and for gear shafts, we have processing experience for shaft lengths of about 3.5m. *Shaft diameter has conditions. In addition to outer diameter processing, we also accept inner diameter keyway processing and spline processing. We would like to introduce our specialty and strength in the machining of large gears. We can process up to a maximum outer diameter of φ6,000, and hob cutters can be mounted up to M40. By changing the head, we can also perform machining using end mills (M50 and above) and process internal gears. We would like to introduce the spline machining services we offer. We can process up to a maximum outer diameter of φ1,450 and a shaft length of 6m. We specialize not only in spline machining for long workpieces but also for spline machining on the end faces of large-diameter pinion shafts. We own a variety of spline cutters up to a maximum size of M10, and we also accommodate square splines.
