We would like to introduce the spline machining services we offer. We can process up to a maximum outer diameter of φ1,450 and a shaft length of 6m. We specialize not only in spline machining for long workpieces but also for spline machining on the end faces of large-diameter pinion shafts. We own a variety of spline cutters up to a maximum size of M10, and we also accommodate square splines. We are equipped with a Sunderland gear cutting machine. If the twist angle is 22°30', it is possible to process even without a keyway. We can process up to a maximum outer diameter of approximately φ2000, and for gear shafts, we have processing experience for shaft lengths of about 3.5m. *Shaft diameter has conditions. By changing the head, we can also perform machining using end mills (M50 and above) and process internal gears.
