We would like to introduce the achievements we have had with requests made to our company so far. We introduced a "kitchen back panel robot" to Company T in Shiga Prefecture. This device performed the following tasks with a single robot: capturing variety information from barcodes, detecting equipment misalignment with sensors, and applying silicone adhesive and curing agents. An automatic cutting device for the backing material was also integrated. The key point was controlling the amount of silicone adhesive applied. We controlled the application amount of silicone using torque control.
