Before COVID-19, many companies faced a labor shortage, and currently, they are struggling with a lack of personnel due to cost-saving measures. To solve this issue, it is important to think about how to streamline work and what can be done for the company's future with the manpower generated from that efficiency. However, even if companies try to implement efficiency internally, they may find themselves overwhelmed by immediate tasks, causing their desired initiatives to be postponed.
