"Bioinformatics Data Analysis" utilizes algorithms from information science and statistics to analyze Fastq data provided by customers. Comparisons are made between different cell populations, such as target group vs. comparison group. Additionally, sequencing can be performed from libraries created upon order, and information analysis can also be conducted. We are open to meeting other customer requests. Depending on the volume and content, we may propose a collaborative research format instead of a contracted analysis. Free membership registration"Single-cell repertoire analysis" allows for the examination of TCR/BCR expression at the single-cell level by assigning different barcodes to the mRNA of individual T cells/B cells. In standard repertoire analysis, TCR/BCR expression is comprehensively analyzed across all cells, but this analysis can detect repertoire expression with high sensitivity for each cell, and it is also capable of detecting combinations of TCR/BCR dimer sequences. Additionally, single-cell 5' RNA-Seq can also be performed. Cells from a tissue placed within a 6.5mm x 6.5mm area can be analyzed for 5000 spots.
