A tap is a tool used for threading, and it is a well-known high-efficiency method for creating screw holes. Our equipment is of the rolling type, which expands the pilot hole (internal) to create the valleys of the female thread, gathering the pressed metal between the valleys to form the peaks. "Riveting processing" is a method that utilizes the plastic deformation of metals and various materials to join and bond parts together. It can solve issues related to combinations of metals that are unsuitable for welding, as well as the joining of painted steel plates that discolor when welded, and various combinations of sheet metal and resin. Our company recommends press riveting or spindle riveting, starting from a proposal that does not use welding for the processing of OA equipment parts. In particular, with press riveting, we can avoid the specific concerns associated with welding, such as contamination from welding spatter and instability due to electrical conditions, which are required during the joining of parts. It utilizes the charging power of the mist-sprayed paint particles (negative) to attach the paint to the object. The negatively charged paint moves along the electric field lines, allowing it to wrap around not only the front side of the sprayed object but also the sides, inner surfaces, and back, resulting in a uniform coating.
