In the pressing and sake lees storage process, the pressing room tends to have high relative humidity due to a large amount of cleaning water, creating favorable conditions for the growth of bacteria and mold. Two pieces of glass are bonded together with a transparent interlayer (vinyl film) sandwiched between them. This interlayer is made of a material that is sensitive to temperature and humidity, so it requires a low-temperature, low-humidity environment for storage. Additionally, during the bonding process, if moisture is present on the adhesive surface, it can cause bubbles to form, which is why our product is used for dehumidification.
