The "Diffuser" is a groundbreaking product developed to enhance the effectiveness of pulse-type dust collectors. Before using the diffuser, most of the pulse air was consumed at the top of the retainer, preventing it from reaching the bottom of the retainer, which caused clogging and resulted in only about 30% of the filtration area being utilized. After use, the diffuser reduces the consumption of pulse air at the top of the retainer, allowing pulse air to reach the bottom of the retainer, effectively utilizing the entire filter surface area and enabling continuous operation. Our company calculated the effectiveness of the diffuser by considering the maintenance of the dust collector and its operational rate after the diffuser was installed. Due to the high gas temperature of 250 degrees, we were using expensive filter cloths, but frequent clogging occurred, leading to a decrease in processing airflow. We would like to introduce a detailed description of the diffuser we handle. Conventional pulse air dust collectors have the drawback that the pulse air is emitted unevenly, concentrated at the top of the filter cloth. In such cases, the current approach is to increase the number of pulse air emissions or raise the air pressure to enhance the dislodging effect. By attaching a diffuser, the pulse air is evenly dispersed across the filter cloth, effectively and efficiently emitting over the entire surface, turning the entire area into an effective filtration surface. This reduces pressure loss to about one-third, completely eliminates clogging, and extends the filter cloth's replacement lifespan by approximately six times.
