We conducted various studies to increase the output and brightness of coaxial lighting. At this point, it is possible for coaxial lighting with a 50x50mm emitting surface to achieve an output of 168W, which is 40 times that of conventional coaxial lighting. The lighting conditions for this coaxial lighting are as follows: the duty cycle is below 1%, and the "ON" time multiplied by the frequency value is below the 1% duty cycle.

When inspecting the pins, there were issues with uniformity or difficulty in extracting the pins effectively, so research was conducted to develop a smaller size and compact lighting. The minimum width of the light beam emitted from the lighting is 2mm, and by illuminating from two different angles with the two lights, the pins can be extracted more effectively.

There is a problem in inspecting the surface of a workpiece with a strongly reflective curved surface, as the surface reflects light and the light cannot uniformly hit the curved surface, making it difficult to find suitable lighting.
