We are pleased to introduce a new type of die that incorporates advanced technologies, including the adoption of insulation structures, and has developed underwater pelletizing technology for high melting point engineering plastics. We have adopted an electric heater heating method that allows for the die to be heated and maintained at high temperatures of over 300°C. This eliminates the need for a separately installed heat source, enabling significant space savings and cost reductions. We will continue to develop various underwater pelletizers (UWC) for engineering plastics in the future. "Tela-TEX" is an operational support system that utilizes the TEX controller for a twin-screw compounding extruder, linking upstream and downstream equipment with TEX to achieve labor reduction, enhanced safety, and increased productivity in pellet production. Additionally, the data logging function supports cause analysis through the management of operational data and tracing during abnormal occurrences.
