REMBE's "NIMU (Non-Invasive Monitoring Unit)" is a specially developed signal transmitter designed to quickly detect the response of rupture discs. The ELEVENT, also known as a pressure/vacuum relief valve, protects low-pressure tanks and containers from excessive pressure and vacuum, maintaining the internal pressure at a constant level. It not only prevents leaks of gases and hazardous substances but also suppresses the generation of materials that could lead to explosions, eliminating the potential risk of air entering the tank or container. It is used in fields such as the oil and gas industry, food processing, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, and power plant technology. The "air cushion" airtight principle enables smooth valve strokes and high airtightness, preventing wear and valve chattering. The high-pressure rupture disk HPRRD, newly designed and improved by REMBE, is an inverted rupture disk that can be used even in the presence of pulsating pressure. The most notable feature of this improvement is the significant enhancement in durability. It can be set for high pressures of over 30 MPa, with an operating pressure ratio (the minimum ratio of operating pressure to burst pressure) of up to 95%.
