We would like to introduce a case where we delivered high-performance cleaning for cosmetic glass containers to a container manufacturing company with 40 years of experience. The customer requested a high level of cleaning within a clean room classified as ISO standard Class 7. Therefore, we implemented a three-step cleaning process using pure water filtered through a filter, followed by air blowing to cool and dry the containers, effectively removing fine water droplets. As a result, while achieving the cleaning and drying of cosmetic containers, we were able to reach the cleanliness level required for raw material containers used in electronic components and optical machinery factories, thereby adding high added value to the cosmetic containers as products. 【Overview】 ■ Challenges - Manufacture cosmetic glass bottles with a high level of cleanliness - Provide high added value containers to cosmetic manufacturing companies ■ Results - Enabled the provision of cleanliness levels for raw material containers used in electronic components and optical machinery factories - Differentiated from competitors by launching high added value products in the market *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where a major chemical manufacturing company has expanded its filling and cleaning line for the production of high-purity chemicals. As the global demand for high-purity chemical solutions produced by our client has been increasing, it became urgent to expand the production line for new products. The newly developed filling and cleaning line has been designed to minimize particle residue to the utmost extent while enabling the production of various types of high-purity chemical solutions with different viscosities on a single line. [Challenges] - Installation of ancillary equipment such as labeling machines, in addition to filling and cleaning devices, is necessary. - It is essential to maintain the cleanliness of the equipment and products while performing work in hazardous areas. - There is a need to achieve a consistent system from design to assembly. - Additional functions such as cleaning the threaded parts of bottle openings and accommodating higher viscosity filling are required. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where we supplied a cleaning and filling line for high-purity chemicals for semiconductors in conjunction with the construction of a new factory for an overseas chemical manufacturing company. In particular, the design and development phase was conducted over a long period. For example, we developed a new integrated filling capper with three lines, resulting in a device with higher production capacity than conventional models. Additionally, we also developed new cleaning machines for caps and inner caps in the cleaning line, enabling us to provide containers with high cleaning standards. As a result, we achieved both high production capacity and the manufacturing of high-quality products, making our customer's factory one of the leading production sites for high-purity chemicals in the world. 【Features】 ■Challenges - High production capacity and thorough particle management ■Proposals - Developed and manufactured filling lines with one, two, and three lines to increase production capacity - Developed a device for cleaning caps and inner caps in the cleaning line - Collaborated with the customer to develop a device and system for measuring particles by filling pure water into bottles *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where a chemical manufacturing company that produces resist liquid has implemented an integrated filling capper for high-purity chemical solutions. The customer required equipment for the production of prototype resist liquid in the pre-sales stage due to the construction of a new building for research and development. Although it was for prototype manufacturing, the customer's requirements were high, similar to those for equipment used in actual production, and new functions were added to maintain unprecedented levels of cleanliness. After the implementation, additional specifications were added to enhance cleanliness, allowing for the production of high-quality prototypes. 【Challenges】 - Needed equipment for the production of prototype resist liquid in the pre-sales stage. - Essential functions to prevent finer dirt and particles from contaminating the product. - Added functions to maintain cleanliness in the bottle supply (extraction) area. - Required to maintain cleanliness throughout the entire process from bottle supply to bottle extraction. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of a semi-automatic capper/uncapper implemented for a chemical materials manufacturing company that has been in business for 100 years. In this customer's case, the production of test products in the development laboratory was being done manually, leading to the need for semi-automation to improve efficiency and to minimize the attachment of fine dirt. By automating the processes from uncapping to the suction of chemicals and capping, the issues of fibers from the clothing of the operators and dust contamination, which had been a concern, were eliminated. Furthermore, by automating the process of discharging bottles from the device and setting them up for the next evaluation machine, we were able to achieve improved work efficiency simultaneously. 【Challenges】 - Caps of gallon and quart bottles were being opened and closed manually, and chemicals were being extracted by hand. - Work efficiency was poor, and fine debris was contaminating the research and development process. - The equipment had to be installed in a limited space, necessitating miniaturization of the device. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where we supplied a semi-automatic filling capper for the production of products for overseas end users to a long-established chemical manufacturer with over 130 years of history. For this customer, we introduced a semi-automatic filling capper for chemicals used in LCDs for televisions and computers. Previously, the customer was producing with equipment dedicated to 10L containers, but due to recent digitalization and the increase in demand for chemicals used in LCDs, their overseas end users requested equipment capable of producing 20L containers. After the introduction, they became able to manufacture 20L products, allowing for the production of products with different capacities using a single machine. [Challenges] - Requests for 20L products from overseas end users - Existing filling capper equipment is for 10L and does not support 20L - There is not enough space to install fully automatic equipment that supports 20L *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case of the new introduction of an air bottle washing machine to a long-established pharmaceutical manufacturer with 80 years of history. This customer had been using our air cleaner for about 25 years. Although there were no malfunctions with the equipment itself, the customer's production situation changed over time, and inefficiencies emerged in the original specifications. At Nagata Seisakusho, we proposed updates to the existing equipment along with additional functions to address the customer's concerns. After the introduction, the processing capacity increased compared to before the update, and we were able to adapt the specifications to the current production conditions. [Challenges] - The timing for sending bottles from the feed screw to the bottle washing holder changes with each type of bottle, requiring manual adjustments. - Occasionally, bottles that are defective from the start may be transported into the equipment, causing them to break, and fragments can mix into the equipment. - When bottles are air-blown, they may lift and come off the washing holder, resulting in inadequate cleaning of the bottle bottoms as required. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationA bottle washer and rinser refers to a device that washes containers with cleaning water or detergent water before filling them. It is an essential device for containers used for chemical products that require high levels of cleanliness and washing quality. This is because the containers delivered to chemical plants are often contaminated with surface materials and invisible dirt. If chemical products are filled into such unwashed containers, impurities will mix into the liquid. This will result in the chemical product being defective and unable to be sold in the market. In this way, we will explain the indispensable bottle washer and rinser as a pre-filling process. [Contents (partial)] ■ What is a bottle washer and rinser for chemical products? ■ What types of containers are washed? - Gallon bottles, quart bottles - Brown glass bottles (fine twist) ■ What cleaning conditions are required? *For more detailed information, please refer to the related links. Feel free to contact us for more details.
