The ORV is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) capable of transporting cart trolleys in logistics warehouses and similar environments. It generates its own routes and operates without guides, allowing for implementation without significant floor modifications, thereby achieving increased productivity and labor savings. It automatically recognizes and retrieves cart trolleys, lifting one side of the trolley and transporting it to the destination while avoiding obstacles. Since it is not a towing system, it can turn on the spot and maneuver easily, and it can also reverse, allowing for precise alignment of cart trolleys in designated positions as well as in tight spaces with equipment like EVs and vertical conveyors. It meets demands such as wanting to automate operations without changing the use of cart trolleys, eliminating workplace accidents involving cart trolleys, and addressing nighttime labor shortages.
