NK-301ZF is a spring material that achieves high strength and excellent workability while being within the chemical composition range of SUS301 (JIS). It has even higher strength than standard SUS301 and achieves high durability by suppressing non-metallic inclusions in the steel. 1. Natural coloring Unlike coloring with dyes or pigments, fading due to ultraviolet rays does not occur at all. Weather resistance is also good. 2. Transparent film Since the coloring is due to a thin transparent oxide film, a color tone that utilizes the metallic feel of stainless steel can be achieved. 3. Corrosion resistance and wear resistance The surface is treated with a special hard film process (hardening), providing excellent corrosion and wear resistance. 4. Workability Because the coloring is due to a thin oxide film, adhesion is good, allowing for bending and light pressing processes. 5. Heat resistance Discoloration is not observed up to 300°C in the atmosphere. 6. Environmental impact Since no dyes or pigments are used, the contained substances are the same as those in general stainless steel, allowing for similar recycling.
