Oblique CT utilizes a user-centric function to perform CT imaging with the detector tilted at an oblique angle, allowing for imaging of large substrates under the same conditions in all 360 degrees. Additionally, it enables the focal point of the X-ray to be brought closer to the area of interest, allowing for tomography at high magnification.
