In response, we developed a "circuit board cleaning tool" that removes dust and debris using a rotating brush. We successfully met the conditions of "installing inline without moving the printing equipment," and through trial and error with the customer, we worked on everything from material selection to the timing and speed of the brush rotation to match the flow of the circuit board. As a result, we succeeded in reducing defects in circuit board production and improving the accuracy of cream solder printing.
