Towards a higher quality manufacturing site! We will introduce solutions to the printing machine issues and challenges faced by our customers through development case studies.

In the cream solder printing machine, we received feedback from a customer stating, "Debris and foreign objects are adhering to the circuit board, causing a decrease in printing accuracy." In response, we developed a "circuit board cleaning tool" that removes dust and debris using a rotating brush. We successfully met the conditions of "installing inline without moving the printing equipment," and through trial and error with the customer, we worked on everything from material selection to the timing and speed of the brush rotation to match the flow of the circuit board. As a result, we succeeded in reducing defects in circuit board production and improving the accuracy of cream solder printing.
