Our company is primarily engaged in the development of tin sulfide materials. Generally, the crystal structure of tin sulfide has a layered structure similar to graphite, which makes it promising for applications in various electronic devices as a two-dimensional material. The tin sulfide dispersion and tin sulfide powder we have developed are primarily intended for use as anode materials in lithium-ion batteries and all-solid-state batteries. The theoretical capacity of tin sulfide is 4.7 times that of graphite by volume and 2.1 times that of graphite by mass. Furthermore, in terms of actual discharge capacity by volume, our tin sulfide is a high-capacity anode material comparable to silicon-based anode materials. This dispersion can be dispersed in water or alcohol based on our unique micronization process. The powder is a material created by adding acetylene black to this dispersion and mixing it uniformly. Additionally, our tin sulfide nanosheets are formed by a vapor-phase process developed in-house, resulting in a film-like sheet. They mainly possess characteristics of low resistance and controllable orientation. Our materials are expected to be expanded not only as anode materials for secondary batteries but also into various sensors, gas sensors, large-capacity capacitors, solid lubricants, photocatalysts, solar cells, piezoelectric elements, and more.
