The PL gauge is a dial gauge that discharges and de-aerates a large amount of gas generated from air and resin inside the mold through the mold parting surface to the outside of the mold, allowing for the confirmation and setting of an appropriate clamping force that does not affect quality. By setting the minimum necessary clamping force/injection pressure, it reduces resin stress (warping, deformation, stress) caused by poor de-aeration, extends the lifespan of the molding machine and mold, and decreases the frequency of maintenance work due to mold gas contamination.

I want to detect pressure levels with a tactile sensor, but I'm struggling with too many wires. This problem will be solved. It is a tactile sensor that can detect pressure levels and center of gravity position with high resolution using only a minimum of five wires. 1) Attach it to a robotic hand to detect gripping force. 2) Attach it to insoles to detect foot pressure and center of gravity position. It can be used for various applications.

Following last year, we will exhibit a device for inspecting the remaining wear after regrinding tools (hob cutters) for parts processing. This year, we are using a more compact 1kg portable robot by utilizing an inexpensive motor, Keigan Motor, which allows for USB control of the workpiece. Additionally, to accommodate small-lot, diverse products, the image inspection and robot control will operate using an application developed in-house.
