Reducing load through injection molding with a PL gauge.
The PL gauge is a dial gauge that discharges and de-aerates a large amount of gas generated from air and resin inside the mold through the mold parting surface to the outside of the mold, allowing for the confirmation and setting of an appropriate clamping force that does not affect quality. By setting the minimum necessary clamping force/injection pressure, it reduces resin stress (warping, deformation, stress) caused by poor de-aeration, extends the lifespan of the molding machine and mold, and decreases the frequency of maintenance work due to mold gas contamination.
