DAISO DAP is a heat resistance resin that has a heat distortion temperature of 160℃. DAISO ISO DAP improves heat resistance and has a heat distortion temperature of 290℃. In addition, the tracking resistance (CTI) is over 1000V (JIS C 2134:2021 method), which is excellent in terms of electrical characteristics. DAISO DAP and DAISO ISO DAP are excellent for compression molding, transfer molding, and injection molding, are used for molding compounds and coil bobbin such as electrical parts. At Osaka Soda Co., Ltd., we handle "polymer electrolytes," which are expected to be used as energy devices. Compared to general-purpose polyethers, they feature lower crystallinity and glass transition temperatures (Tg < -70°C), and high solubility of lithium salts.
