Highly ionic conductive polymer electrolyte

Achieving high ionic conductivity! 【Approximately 1×10^-4 S/cm at 30℃】

At Osaka Soda Co., Ltd., we handle "polymer electrolytes," which are expected to be used as energy devices. Compared to general-purpose polyethers, they feature lower crystallinity and glass transition temperatures (Tg < -70°C), and high solubility of lithium salts. OS polymers do not have the melting point of 40-60°C seen in commercially available PEO products, allowing for good ionic conductivity over a wide temperature range. ■Examples of Use Ionic conductivity of gel electrolytes (at 30°C): 5% polymer / 1M-LiBF4-EC/DMC (1/3 w/w): 1.5 mS/cm 5% polymer / 0.3M-LiTFSI-EC/DMC (1/3 w/w): 4.5 mS/cm 【Features】 ■Good ionic conductivity ■Good mechanical properties ■Easy to produce thin films and gels ■Good processing characteristics *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
