Free membership registrationAfter you send us the samples you collected from your own skin microbiome, including the face, we will extract the microbial genomic DNA and perform large-scale sequencing analysis using our in-house next-generation sequencer (MiSeq from Illumina). From the obtained sequences, we will conduct homology searches and phylogenetic classification analyses. If sequences with high homology to those in the database are found, we can identify the microbiome down to the species level.
