We have realized automatic measurement and inspection by equipping a probe on the end of an industrial robot, allowing it to contact measurement points through teaching, without human intervention, for the Keyence 3D measurement probe system that can be simply measured manually. We automate the measurement of shapes such as thickness, terminals, assembly steps, and gaps. By automating and digitizing measurements that are difficult with two-dimensional measurements like cameras or manual measurements with jigs, we contribute to our customers' digital transformation (DX). We will also consult with you to ensure that the automatic reading, selection, and measurement instructions for the model from the previous process can be done without an operator, as we anticipate automation. If you have specific documents or data formats, we will also discuss and accommodate your requests for conversion output.

• Visual Inspection Equipment

We have implemented an automatic measurement and inspection system using a Keyence 3D measurement probe system that can be simply measured manually. By mounting the probe on the end of an industrial robot and using teaching to make contact with the measurement points, we enable work to be done without human intervention. Each probing contact position is detected by the camera and automatically registered, judged, and exported as 3D coordinate data to the PC. In anticipation of automation, we can also accommodate operator-less automatic reading, selection, and measurement instructions from the previous process after consultation. If you have specific documents or data formats, we will also discuss and accommodate conversion outputs tailored to your requirements.

• Visual Inspection Equipment

We will automate the measurement of shapes such as board thickness, hole diameter, step differences, and gaps. Comparison with CAD data is also possible. We provide support as a SIr, including the design and production of jigs and clamps for measurement, as well as teaching. By automating and digitizing manual measurements using calipers and inspection tools, we contribute to our customers' digital transformation (DX). When acquiring and measuring 3D data, we can choose various methods and equipment based on factors such as the size, shape, tolerance, surface condition, and cycle time of the workpiece being measured. Each method has its advantages and disadvantages, but our product can measure with higher precision than non-contact methods without human intervention. It is also advantageous that a system can be built not only in measurement rooms but also in manufacturing process sites, and the cost is kept lower compared to other systems. It is expected to be used in many fields such as automotive, motorcycle, home appliance parts, aerospace parts, and industrial equipment parts.

We handle "servo actuators for lathes (electric cylinders)." Generally, the opening and closing of the chuck jaws on lathes is done using hydraulic cylinders, but with this product, it is possible to manufacture lathes without hydraulic systems. Additionally, when using an energy-saving program, the power consumption can be reduced to less than 1/10 compared to rotary hydraulic cylinders. One of the advantages of electrifying the chuck cylinder with a servo actuator is the ability to quantify gripping force, and it also allows for current value management. By changing the dilution of water-soluble coolant to alkaline ionized water, effects such as prevention of putrid odors in summer, improvement of machining accuracy, and extension of tool life can be expected. Alkaline ionized water suppresses the growth of anaerobic bacteria and reduces the substances that cause bad odors. Both the number of anaerobic bacteria and the odor levels are maintained at lower levels compared to industrial water. Additionally, dilution tests were conducted using alkaline ionized water, tap water, and well water as the source water for the coolant concentrate. After a 7-day incubation test at 25°C, it was confirmed that the samples diluted with alkaline ionized water showed suppressed bacterial growth. Regarding rust prevention effects, compared to water, the lower concentrations of chloride ions and sulfate ions in alkaline ionized water help suppress rust formation.
