The Fcom Group is a group of IT companies that provides cutting-edge ICT services to customers, and we have consistently focused on planning, developing, operating, and maintaining information systems for 38 years since our founding. The term "marketing" in our company name does not refer to the narrow meanings of customer analysis or market research. In today's rapidly changing environment, we see marketing as the entire flow of discovering the technologies and challenges that our customers currently need and creating solutions that exceed expectations while taking reality into account. Our company is engaged in business development in four areas. ◆ Products Area We provide services tailored to the challenges our customers are seeking to address, utilizing security measures such as packages and targeted email attacks. ◆ Corporate Information System Development Area - Software Solutions We design and develop various systems, including core systems, accounting, distribution, human resources and payroll, financial accounting, and meteorological systems, to provide optimal solutions. - Municipal Solutions In collaboration with Fujitsu Ltd., we have extensive experience in systems for government agencies and municipalities, covering everything from requirements analysis to implementation and operational maintenance. - Web System Solutions We have development experience across various industries, including building e-commerce sites and web catalog systems. ◆ Business Support Area - Outsourcing Services We offer a one-stop solution for various BPO services, including cloud services and My Number collection and storage services. - Healthcare Solutions In collaboration with Fujitsu Group companies and the Fcom Group, we support the implementation and maintenance of various systems, including electronic medical records.
