We would like to introduce a case study of our "material substitution proposal." In response to a customer's request to "manage the plate thickness tolerance within 0.02," we proposed precision rolling processing. We were able to achieve the desired tolerance. Additionally, for a customer who had issues with material workability and was seeking improvement measures, we proposed a material change to SUS304CSP-3/4H. We conducted an analysis and evaluation together with the customer, successfully resolving quality issues and improving mold durability. [Case Overview (Excerpt)] ■Case 1 - Issue: Desire to manage plate thickness tolerance within 0.02 - Proposal: Precision rolling processing - Result: Achieved desired tolerance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving that achieved improved production efficiency at our company. The work of "single-function press 5 processes + spot welding" was automated using an integrated automatic machine, while the work of "single-function press 1 process" was automated by combining a parts feeder with an industrial robot. Additionally, "cutting processing 7 processes" was also automated by combining a parts feeder with an NC cutting machine. [Case Overview] ■ Single-function press 5 processes + spot welding → Integrated automatic machine ■ Single-function press 1 process → Combination of parts feeder and industrial robot ■ Cutting processing 7 processes → Combination of parts feeder and NC cutting machine *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study where we achieved significant cost reduction. The parts we handle were originally manufactured through cutting processes, but the unit cost of the parts was very high, making cost reduction a long-standing challenge. Therefore, by utilizing our pressing technology for drawing and bar turning processes, along with finishing processes using a tabletop lathe, we were able to achieve press manufacturing and significantly reduce costs. [Case Overview] ■Challenge: Originally manufactured through cutting processes, but the unit cost was very high. ■Solution: Achieved significant cost reduction. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationIn this document, we introduce the "Aluminum Thermistor Clip." We provide photos of two types of mounting specifications for the thermistor sensor, and we also explain the "changes in heat exchangers," as the replacement from copper heat exchangers to aluminum heat exchangers is progressing. Additionally, we have developed an aluminum clip as a solution to the issues with stainless steel clips and also discuss the realization of cost reduction. [Contents] ■ Thermistor Sensor Mounting Specifications ■ Changes in Heat Exchangers ■ Aluminum Thermistor Clip *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company handles various precision metal stamping processes. We propose the design and manufacturing of molds based on the application and specifications of the parts, starting from the product design stage. For stamping processes, we consider the layout of the production process according to the required quantities, and we also respond to prototype production at low costs. In addition to cutting and degreasing cleaning, we have established a system to handle secondary processing in-house, and we have a network with companies that possess various technologies related to metal processing, such as surface treatment. We can accommodate any type of processing, so please feel free to consult with us. 【Our Strengths】 ■ Support for manufacturing tailored to customer needs ■ Prototype development support ■ Quality assurance support *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
