✅ I want to apply for a subsidy, but what expenses should I apply for? ✅ How can I secure a subsidy with a developmental plan in the future? If you are thinking like that, this study session is for you. The sustainability subsidy is aimed at improving business efficiency related to market development and its initiatives. However, there are a certain number of people who feel, "I want to apply for a subsidy, but I can't write a business plan..." or "I worked hard on my application, but it didn't get approved..." or "Things aren't going well." In the first place, market development means "finding new sales methods or sales channels to sell your company's products or services." Previously, plans using "website creation" or "flyers" were approved for subsidies, but the reality is that this is no longer sufficient. Focusing on eligible expenses and how to create market development methods and plans, I would like to share examples and possible methods, which is why I decided to hold this study session on mastering the sustainability subsidy.

The application guidelines (draft version) for the Small Business Sustainability Subsidy have been uploaded. It's been almost a year since the guidelines for the sustainability subsidy were updated, and there are some subtle changes. I'll share some of those points. Since I've only glanced through it, there may be some oversights... The number of grant applications (I'm not sure if that's the right term) seems to have increased. The project implementation period appears to be quite long (approximately one year is assumed in the draft version). Instructions for low-disposal file names have become clearer (they were somewhat vague last time). For corporations, submission of a complete certificate of registered matters has become necessary. A new point system for graduating small businesses has been established. A new point system for developing a business continuity enhancement plan has been established. Additionally, it seems that the wording related to fraud has slightly increased. Due to character limitations, I can't write more, so please refer to the PDF for the continuation.

Recently, there have been many natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, and heavy rains. For small and medium-sized enterprises, these disasters pose a significant risk to the continuation of their business. This is where the "Business Continuity Strengthening Plan" comes into play. By utilizing this system, companies can establish solid disaster prevention and mitigation measures, allowing them to continue operations smoothly even in emergencies. Additionally, if certified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, they can receive various forms of support. For example, during the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, many companies suffered damage and had to halt operations.
