We provide detailed support for various materials with diameters ranging from Φ3 to Φ45 (H materials are acceptable) from prototyping to mass production. Through a consistent system centered on CNC lathe processing of bar materials and inventory management via automated warehouses, we strive to achieve low prices, high quality, and short delivery times for a wide variety of small-lot products. Areas of Expertise We are capable of automatic processing of bar materials with diameters from Φ3 to Φ45. We have experience in mass production of relatively large sizes ranging from Φ20 to Φ35 (hexagonal materials are acceptable). For fine automotive intake control shafts (Φ6×450), we have established a comprehensive system from processing to assembly and distortion correction, receiving high praise. We respond to short delivery times for everything from AL materials to difficult-to-machine SUS materials at our MC machining center, from prototypes to mass production. We are a parts manufacturer that produces precision components through cutting, machining, grinding, and boring. Focusing on MC and CNC machined products, we accommodate a wide variety of low-volume products from planning to mass production.

We will deliver special steel materials and non-ferrous metals processed with six-sided milling according to your specifications. If you let us know the required steel type and dimensions (thickness, width, length), we will deliver using our own transport or a shipping company. Mech, which handles all processes of die casting product manufacturing, possesses the personnel, know-how, and track record necessary to consider optimal process design. Based on the design drawings provided by our customers, the personnel in charge of molds, forming, and processing discuss how to realize the product specifications (shape, characteristics) in each process and assemble a process that ensures low cost and high quality with stable supply.
