We manufacture using a precision casting technique used in the production of jewelry, but we primarily offer silver products for everyday use, without being limited to ornaments, as well as products made from precious metals like gold and platinum. A metal processing company that responds with custom-made solutions, we, FACTAS Co., Ltd., based in Higashi-Osaka, are a "metal tailor" that handles a wide range of metal processing from precision parts to art pieces. We accommodate single items, prototypes, small lots, and mass production lots. Focusing on turning and machining, we provide comprehensive services including grinding, precision can manufacturing, welding, and assembly, and we can reproduce parts without drawings through reverse engineering using 3D scanning.

In our 72nd year of establishment, we are engaged in the processing of parts used in machine tools (mainly machining centers), the production of flexible couplings (shock-absorbing shaft joints), and the manufacturing of special deep hole cutting tools (oil pressure heads). Until now, we have primarily focused on processing based on customer-supplied drawings. Currently, we have also added design work, particularly for flexible couplings and special deep hole cutting tools, where we handle some aspects from design to production in-house. In addition to sheet metal parts, we also accommodate single-item machining and jig production. Utilizing our other equipment and technology, we also manufacture and sell original camping gear and motorcycle parts.

We will manufacture everything in-house from material procurement to lathe work → machining → keyway → gear cutting → hardening (outsourced) → inner and outer diameter grinding → gear grinding → delivery of finished products. This enables quality control and reduces lead times. Our processing capabilities range from module 0.2 to 10, with a maximum diameter of Φ500, and for racks, up to a maximum length of 2500L. Additionally, we can often provide custom-made products at a lower cost than additional processing for standard gears, and we can accommodate all manufacturing needs.
