We would like to introduce the sample evaluation of the comparative inspection device "Nugget Profiler" aimed at spot welding. Please prepare 5 test samples each of OK products and NG products (minimum 3 each), along with the tensile strength of the samples and the fracture diameter (target diameter) of the OK products. As a preliminary step for the evaluation, parameters will be created using the OK products. In the stability evaluation of the OK products, multiple OK products will be inspected to check for variability. In the discrimination evaluation between OK and NG products, the NG products will be inspected to confirm that there is a difference from the OK products. [Evaluation Overview] ■ Create parameters using OK products (preparation for evaluation) ■ Inspect multiple OK products and check for variability (stability evaluation of OK products) ■ Inspect NG products and confirm that there is a difference from OK products (discrimination evaluation between OK and NG products) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

In this document, we introduce the inspection targets in a table. For iron, we cover pure iron, SS materials, carbon steel plates (steel), and for stainless steel, we include inspection targets such as austenitic and ferritic types, as well as information on hardenability. Additionally, supplementary information is provided. Please take a look. 【Materials Listed】 ■ Iron - Pure iron, SS materials - Plain steel plates (steel) ■ Stainless Steel - Austenitic (SUS304) - Ferritic (SUS430) - Martensitic (SUS440) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

The "Nugget Profiler" is a non-destructive testing device that uses magnetism. It can quantify nuggets and distinguish between nuggets and pressure welding. No media such as gel or water is required. Variations in welding quality can be confirmed. It can be used in complete vehicle assembly lines, parts shipping inspections, and parts receiving inspections. 【Features】 ■ Light inspection with sensor contact ■ Inspection speed is approximately 4 seconds per measurement point ■ Variations in welding quality can be confirmed ■ Inspection results are automatically saved as electronic files ■ Battery-operated (can be brought into the line) * For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us. ■ Non-destructive testing ■ Inspection device ■ Spot welding ■ OEM adoption ■ Domestic and international support ■ Free sample trial ■ Free rental ■ Free repair support in the first year ■ Driver checkless ■ Reduced frequency of destruction ■ Reduced hazardous work ■ Labor cost reduction ■ Cost reduction ■ Nugget quantification ■ No gel required ■ Shortened inspection time ■ Inline inspection possible ■ Traceability ■ Quality control ■ Automation consideration
