We provide high-quality and high-precision components made from long materials such as shape steel and pipes (up to 12 meters) in various shapes through 3D laser processing. Unlike traditional processing methods that require multiple steps such as cutting, marking, gas cutting, hole processing, tapping, and beveling, 3D laser processing allows all of these operations to be performed at once. Additionally, depending on the shape of the joints between components, it is possible to create assembly structures that do not require bolts or welding, significantly reducing subsequent processes and improving productivity.

With over 80 years of knowledge and experience since our founding, we have installed air hammers in all pre-process lines, a remnant of free forging, to carry out highly accurate preliminary shaping. After shaping the products to a form closer to the final shape, we perform rough forging followed by finishing forging. As a result, we have secured an average yield rate of 85% for all products.

Our integrated production system, which includes mold design and manufacturing, forging, and machining, enables us to offer high-quality, low-cost, and short-delivery-time solutions for finished parts. Through hot die hammer forging, we can accommodate various materials and small lots of diverse products, and we excel in producing complex forged shapes that are difficult to manufacture with press forging. Additionally, we can apply machining techniques to forge mold processing and the machining of auxiliary mold components, allowing us to work with high-hardness materials.
