We excel in small lot production of diverse varieties and can manufacture from a single piece with a short lead time. Based on customer drawings and samples, we handle everything from material procurement (sintering) to completion (polishing processing) in a consistent manner. We also accept contract processing with supplied materials.

Winding processing (bobbin winding, hollow winding, core winding, etc.) is carried out using our own winding machines, and we can accommodate small lots during the development stage. Additionally, we perform magnetization treatment, impregnation treatment, and assembly including soldering. We typically use round wire of about 1.2mm for mass production. In turning processing, we aim to achieve both coaxiality and mass production using NC lathes equipped with a rear spindle.

Continuing to produce glass cutting tools for 89 years, we have developed high-durability, high-quality tools in the sub-micron order at our Iida factory, utilizing the PCD (sintered diamond) processing technology cultivated throughout our history and equipment designed and developed in-house. To leverage this technology, we established the Tenryu factory in 2020 as a base for parts processing, with the slogan "Contributing to global environmental protection through manufacturing via our customers." We contribute to reducing waste loss and maintenance labor through parts that utilize the high durability of PCD.
