Hanshin Seiko Co., Ltd. has published a guide page regarding the areas covered for wire cutting and electrical discharge machining in Hyogo Prefecture, as well as information on visiting meetings and the collection and delivery of parts. Based in Chuo Ward, Kobe City, we accept processing inquiries from companies in Hyogo Prefecture, including Akashi, Kakogawa, Miki, Ono, Amagasaki, Nishinomiya, Itami, Takasago, and Himeji. We can assist with wire cutting, shape engraving, and fine hole discharge machining, focusing on single items, prototypes, small lots, additional processing after hardening, and the machining of mold parts, jigs, and equipment parts. We also consider outsourcing just the electrical discharge machining process or integrated processing that combines machining and polishing. For visiting meetings to match drawings with actual items, as well as the collection of supplied items and delivery after processing, we will confirm and adjust based on location, dimensions and weight of the parts, and schedule. If direct collection and delivery is difficult, we can also arrange for handover by a transportation company. If you would like to summarize your processing needs and delivery methods, please contact us with your drawings, materials, quantities, and desired delivery dates.
