We sell devices made to order, utilizing an induction heating IH heater (product name: DPH) that features the ability to instantly and accurately control the temperature of fluids like superheated steam. This heater has been developed for the purpose of heating liquids and gases, capable of high-precision, high-speed temperature control across a wide range from room temperature to approximately 500°C. It is used for heating fluids such as liquids, high-temperature gases, and generating superheated steam, with target industries including food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and bathing facilities. While it has a strong track record in generating superheated steam, it achieves an accuracy of within 0.1°C across all areas up to about 500°C, reaching the set temperature in as little as a few seconds and no longer than one minute at most.
