Our company's vacuum mixing and extrusion molding machine achieves integration by combining the mixer and extruder into one unit, allowing for precise mixing with a single molding machine. It is ideal for the extrusion molding of products made from materials such as ceramics, activated carbon, metals, and food. We offer custom design and manufacturing based on the properties of the materials and production volumes. Continuous molding is performed for various shapes of nozzles ranging from φ15 to φ150. By equipping our unique mixing function with a color mixing screw developed from our original ideas, the mixing capability is enhanced. The internal temperature of the device during molding is generally maintained between cold water at -3°C and hot water at 80°C. For the production of molded products such as resins, we can manufacture molding machines with heater heating (up to 180°C). Note that our extrusion molding tests are limited to hot water (up to 80°C). The disassembly and cleaning of small molding machines (approximately V-25) can be completed by two people in about 20 minutes.

In the manufacturing of ceramic molded bodies, horizontal extrusion molding machines are widely used; however, there is a drawback that as the products become larger, the molded bodies are prone to deformation when extruded horizontally. As a solution, our company has developed a vertical extrusion molding machine, successfully achieving continuous molding of molded bodies with good dimensional accuracy by extruding them vertically under the influence of gravity. This is recommended for the production of large molded bodies. - It is a vertical extrusion machine integrated with a two-stage vacuum kneading machine as the supply unit and a vertical single-axis feeding screw. - For molded bodies with a diameter of 180 mm or more, the vertical extrusion machine is recommended.

Structure The raw material mixing case is drum-shaped and has a central rotating axis. It can precisely blend the base of extruded materials by spraying water, additives, etc., from the top while controlling a special rotating blade via an inverter. Features ● Mixing time and spraying time can be automatically controlled by a timer ● The mixing case adopts a water-cooled jacket structure to prevent heat generation of the raw materials (except for small machines) ● The mixing case can be detachable to accommodate various types and wear resistance (only for small machines)

The conveyor and dryer are devices that retrieve or dry the molded products extruded from a vacuum kneading extruder. We offer four types: a conveyor with only retrieval functionality, a heater conveyor equipped with drying functionality, a rolling heater conveyor that transports molded products with rollers, and a batch roller dryer that dries products with rollers inside the chamber. Based on the desired molded shape and production volume, we will propose the appropriate size and power.
