This product is a painting robot system equipped with a syringe gun that has a syringe pump function, eliminating the need for paint hoses, significantly reducing unnecessary paint consumption, drastically cutting down on cleaning paint, and greatly simplifying the setup and color change processes. Until now, many problems were hidden in the length from the paint tank to the spray gun. This syringe pump system can be integrated into existing painting systems. It comes with a dedicated controller. The syringe pump system, controllable in 1cc increments, accurately manages paint usage and reduces waste. The Syringe Pump System - CCV Circulation Type is an optional system in the "Syringe Pump System" series, which has been redesigned for general use from the precision supply device "Syringe Pump" for painting, and comes with a dedicated controller. It circulates between the paint tank and the CCV valve, known as the "CCV Circulation Type." It is equipped with a high-pressure compression tank "Quick Cleaner" as standard, allowing for high-speed cleaning of the paint hose and syringe pump circuit at high pressure. This significantly reduces the time required for color changes and cleaning maintenance tasks. It can be modified for use in a circulation method up to the spray gun tip. The indium mirror coating system is a dedicated coating process optimized for forming indium-based high-reflectivity mirror films. The standard process consists of a 3-coat, 3-bake structure (repeating application and drying three times), and the management of film thickness, heating conditions, and environmental control during each step significantly affects optical properties and adhesion.
