There are some cases where it can or cannot be done depending on the hole diameter, so please consult with us. ● Can you tell me how to finish the thermal spray coating? The sprayed coating can be finished using a grinding machine. ● Can you achieve a mirror finish on rolls? We have mirror finish grinding machines, so please consult with us. ● Can it be used for insulation purposes? There are ceramic thermal sprays with high insulation properties, such as white alumina. ● What is far infrared thermal spraying? There are materials that emit far infrared radiation, so by thermal spraying them onto a heat source, they can be used as far infrared heaters. ● Can you perform non-stick processing? We can also provide thermal spray coating combined with non-stick processing, so feel free to consult with us. ● Is surface treatment only thermal spraying? Basically, we are a thermal spray specialist manufacturer, but if thermal spraying is not suitable for the customer's usage conditions, we have partnerships with various surface treatment manufacturers who share the same aspirations, including DLC, PVD, CVD, plating, welding buildup, and others. ● Is partial thermal spraying possible? In principle, thermal spraying can be done in areas where the material has been reduced through grinding or machining.

● Can laser engraving be done after ceramic thermal spraying? Our company has a laser engraving device capable of engraving fine craters. We can provide a consistent process from roll supply to thermal spraying, grinding, laser engraving, and polishing. ● Is it possible to reprint ceramic laser engravings? We will remove the existing ceramic coating and then perform re-spraying. ● Is it possible to convert conventional hard chrome plating to ceramic? There is no problem as we will strip the existing plating before performing the thermal spraying. ● The shaft part of the conventional roll is worn out. The shaft can be regenerated completely without distortion by applying metal thermal spraying. ● The cells are clogged. In such cases, it may be possible to remove them using high-pressure washing or ultrasonic cleaning. ● What is the delivery time if the iron core is supplied? Generally, it takes about 1 to 2 months, but please feel free to consult with us. ● The order quantity is small. Of course, we accept orders starting from one piece.
