Traditionally, when applying embossing to roll materials in an endless manner, it was common to engrave a metal roll and use that metal engraved roll for processing. In our company, instead of using the metal engraved roll, we apply a specially configured template to the metal roll to perform the embossing. While there are design constraints, unlike the traditional processing that applies pressure across the entire surface of the item, we can apply pressure only to the necessary areas, allowing us to process items with high cushioning properties that require resilience. When processing paper, it results in a "watermark" effect. In addition to embossing, it is also possible to perform embossing transfer processing using heat transfer foil.

• Paper and pulp products

This is a processed paper that expresses the texture of traditional Japanese paper with depth and three-dimensionality, as well as the texture of old-fashioned gold leaf, by applying surface treatment to gold and silver paper. It can be made from a variety of base papers, including paper, washi, and film, using common materials like aluminum foil and aluminum vapor deposition, as well as high-purity gold and pure silver, allowing for combinations tailored to different grades and applications.
