Hydroflow is an electromagnetic water treatment device that forms an electromagnetic field in water through patented electromagnetic technology, physically treating water quality. It operates without the use of any chemicals, simultaneously exhibiting multiple effects such as scale prevention, corrosion prevention, slime suppression, and water quality improvement, contributing to the stable operation of air conditioning systems, cooling water systems, and heat exchangers. The action of the electromagnetic field alters the behavior of components in the water, suppressing the adhesion and growth of scale on pipes and heat exchange surfaces. This helps mitigate issues such as reduced heat exchange efficiency, flow obstructions, and increased cleaning frequency. It can be retrofitted to existing piping without the need for plumbing work. There are no consumables or regular maintenance required, and daily management only involves confirming operation through an indicator lamp. The power consumption is low, and the running costs are only about the electricity bill of one to two fluorescent lights, providing high cost performance for long-term operation. Furthermore, since there is no need for chemical management or wastewater treatment, it simultaneously reduces operational burdens and environmental risks, contributing to sustainable equipment operation. It is easy to implement in sites where renovation of existing equipment is difficult, making it an effective water treatment solution that minimizes renewal investment.

The radio frequency signal transmitted from the transmitter is used to create an electromagnetic field for water treatment inside the pipe, utilizing an electromagnetic field generation device and a ferrite ring fixed around the piping. The magnetic field is formed in a ring shape inside the pipe, perpendicular to the flow of water, while the electric field is formed radially from the center of the pipe towards the inner surface. The effective range extends 5,000 meters upstream and downstream from the installation location of the device.

The office building has separate water supply meters for the 1st and 2nd floors, and the toilet flushing water consistently contained about 0.7 mg/L of chlorine from the tap water. To measure the reduction in corrosion due to rust, the amount of deposits on iron pieces was measured, resulting in 0.2 g on the treated side and 1.9 g on the untreated side, leading to a corrosion reduction of 0.2 ÷ 1.9 = 0.105 (10.5%). We would like to introduce a technical case of installing the electromagnetic water treatment device "Hydroflow" in a certain condominium in Miyamae Ward, Kawasaki City. This condominium has reached its 26th year since completion, and during the removal of the water supply pipe three years ago, rust was confirmed due to imperfect insulation at the joints of the lining pipe. The management company proposed a budget of ¥6,000,000 for the water supply pipe rehabilitation work using a resin lining method (including inside each unit), with a construction period of 2 to 3 days. We would like to introduce a technical case of installing the electromagnetic water treatment device "Hydroflow" at a certain business hotel in Saitama Prefecture. The piping of the business hotel consists of heat-resistant PVC lined pipes, and the hot water storage tank is made of steel with anti-corrosion paint. However, since it has been 17 years since its construction, repainting the anti-corrosion paint would require the hotel to close temporarily. In this instance, we installed the device on the return pipe of the circulating water to the hot water storage tank and conducted a test to confirm whether corrosion protection could be achieved while the hotel remained in normal operation. We would like to introduce a technical case study of the installation of the electromagnetic water treatment device "Hydroflow" in a certain apartment building in Tokyo.
