We will introduce a case of scale prevention for the aluminum die-casting mold cooling system using the "Hydroflow Electromagnetic Water Treatment Device." The user is ED Industry Co., Ltd. (an aluminum die-casting manufacturer in Shizuoka Prefecture). The silica content in the well water is high at 48 mg/L, and when scaling occurs, it becomes a very hard scale, leading to a significant decrease in production efficiency and necessitating installation to prevent the occurrence of defective products. Practical Measures for Scale Control (for Oil Wells)

We will introduce a case of scale countermeasures using the "Hydroflow Electromagnetic Water Treatment Device" for oil well pipes. We will introduce a case of installation on a submerged pump that had stopped due to calcium scale.

We would like to introduce a technical case study of the electromagnetic water treatment device "Hydroflow." The water from the spring pit located 15 meters underground at the power plant is supplied through pipes A and B, but it is extremely hard water. Hydroflow hot spring water treatment

We will introduce a case of hot spring water treatment as a scale countermeasure for the "electromagnetic water treatment device." In the northern part of Taipei City, Taiwan, there is a hot spring area where residential buildings draw hot spring water from underground to enjoy the hot springs. The hot spring pipes often become clogged with hard scale, and the hot spring pump became inoperable just 1.5 months after the completion of a newly constructed residential building. At the outdoor pool of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, we were using an ozone generator for sterilization, but due to high electricity costs, we discontinued its use and installed three Hydroflow P160 (for 6"). As a result, we were able to maintain water quality safety, and we report this. The installation was made in March 2000 on a 150A pipe just before entering the sand filters (three units). Corrosion prevention effect for general households【Electromagnetic Water Treatment Device Vol.1】

The corrosion rate during processing decreased to about 1/10 compared to when it was untreated over a period of two years! Here are the results of the water supply and anti-corrosion tests.

The office building has separate water supply meters for the 1st and 2nd floors, and the toilet flushing water consistently contained about 0.7 mg/L of chlorine from the tap water. To measure the reduction in corrosion due to rust, the amount of deposits on iron pieces was measured, resulting in 0.2 g on the treated side and 1.9 g on the untreated side, leading to a corrosion reduction of 0.2 ÷ 1.9 = 0.105 (10.5%).
