Equipped with newly developed HPS technology, high-speed and high-precision screw tightening is possible. Torque settings can be configured based on actual torque values rather than current values. With the optional touch panel controller, it is possible to display the set torque and the completed torque. Easy integration with desktop robots and scara robots. Custom solutions tailored to the workpiece and screws are also available. ● It is ideal for pre-cutting lead wires of radial-type electronic components (loose parts). ● Lead wires of solder dip components can be cut to a specified length before being mounted (inserted) onto the printed circuit board. ● The lead wire cutting, which was previously done manually with nippers, can now be easily and accurately cut to length with the Cutman. ● By changing the thickness of the upper blade (upper blade, flat blade), lead wires can be cut to various lengths from 2 to 10 mm under the component dimensions. (The standard upper blade is 3.1 mm.) ● It can accommodate components with various pin arrangements. ● The power supply is AC100V. Its compact design allows it to be placed on a workbench, making it easy to transport. (For use in available space on-site, on office desks, or for lending to home workers, etc.) ● It can be operated with one hand. Switching between single action and linked action can be done with a footswitch. ● Cutting debris is collected in the included dust box. ● Demonstration units are available for loan.
