This valve allows free flow in one direction and does not allow oil to flow in the reverse direction. It can be easily attached to the threaded parts of connection ports such as manifolds and cylinders. It is a ball seat type check valve with excellent sealing properties, available in types RK and RB. There is also a check valve type BC with an orifice. Types RK, RB, and RC are compatible in installation size. It is a type designed to be incorporated into manifold blocks, compact and robust, with a structure that is relatively resistant to debris.

- The installation area has a double structure, making manifold processing easy and unaffected by installation distortion. Additionally, reassembly does not damage the processing holes of the manifold. - General commercially available processing tools can be used for manifold processing.

- There is an external pilot and external drain method (please contact us for details). - The ball seat type excels in pressure retention and position retention functions, has high durability, and can handle high pressure. - The pilot solenoid switching valve can be used as a large-capacity 2W/2P switching valve (maximum operating pressure 50MPa, maximum flow rate 400L/min). - There is also a large flow type that is equipped with a decompression (pressure relief) mechanism.

- This valve is used to control the direct suction of hydraulic fluid from the surge tank to compensate for the insufficient capacity of the pump during high-speed operation of large-capacity hydraulic cylinders, contributing to the miniaturization and energy saving of hydraulic pumps. - It can be directly attached to the main cylinder or easily installed in the piping using a dedicated flange, making maintenance and inspection easy. - With a maximum operating pressure of 40 MPa, it boasts excellent durability. - The pilot section can be removed, allowing it to be used as a large-capacity check valve.

- It is widely used for safety purposes, as well as to prevent accidents and oil spills. - This valve is typically integrated into the actuator and instantly shuts off the circuit in the event of a pipe rupture, preventing actuator runaway. - There are types that provide complete shut-off and those that allow for slow descent (with orifice).

- The shuttle valve connects the flow to the larger of the two input signals. Additionally, when backflow occurs from the output side, it flows in the direction of the connected input. There are types with a bite-in and cartridge types. - A composite valve with two inlets and one outlet regarding oil flow. - There is a ball inside the valve, and the inlet with lower pressure can be freely closed. The inlet with higher pressure connects to the outlet. - It is optimal for controlling pilot pressure in hydraulic brake mechanisms and similar applications.

This type has three different housing shapes and can be installed in the piping system to meet any requirements, as it has threaded sections both internally and externally. These valves can also be used as foot valves in the pump's suction line due to their low response pressure.

- This is a high-pressure inline pilot check valve with an internal drain and external pilot, operating at 40 to 70 MPa. - It features a ball seat type that excels in circuit closure, position holding, and pressure retention. - Drain piping is not required.
