Free membership registrationThe ESM series is a nanofiber electrospinning device developed for medical and healthcare applications. It is capable of spinning nanofibers with uniform fiber diameters and membrane thicknesses into various shapes using a variety of polymers. Recently, there has been growing interest in the production of tubes for medical applications such as artificial blood vessels and stents, as well as in nanofiber sheets made from hyaluronic acid and collagen for healthcare purposes. This device uses a HEPA filter at the air intake, and almost all components inside the chamber are made of highly antibacterial stainless materials or are uncoated and low-dust materials. Additionally, movable parts are installed outside the chamber to minimize dust generation.
