By equipping our uniquely developed "non-needle thin film electrode ION BLADE," we have successfully achieved overwhelming miniaturization, enabling installation in previously impossible narrow spaces, such as between rollers during the transport of LCD glass substrates and films, allowing for charge removal from below. With conventional needle-type ionizers, it was necessary to maintain a distance of about 300mm to reduce the potential amplitude that could lead to ESD damage. This requirement made air purging essential to ensure charge removal performance, resulting in additional costs for compressor electricity and equipment. The B1 series has minimized the potential amplitude to the extreme, allowing for proximity installation as close as 5mm. Additionally, the ION BLADE generates ions uniformly through surface discharge, providing a high concentration of ions without unevenness, thus achieving efficient charge removal. This resolves the dilemma we previously faced and contributes to reduced electricity costs by enabling airless proximity installation. Furthermore, the B1 series eliminates concerns about dirt caused by electric field concentration at the needle tip, making the previously labor-intensive cleaning tasks unnecessary and contributing to lower running costs. Additionally, the issue of particle drop from the needle tip is also resolved.

The "SEPT" hot runner system, compatible with super engineering plastics, significantly improves the long-standing issue of "uneven temperature distribution in nozzles" through a patented heating technology, making it suitable for resins with narrow temperature ranges, such as super engineering plastics and biomass plastics. By using wear-resistant materials for the parts, it can also reduce gate wear when working with glass fiber-reinforced resins. Additionally, by minimizing the size of the cylinder, it enables independent control of each gate with a minimum gate pitch of 30mm. The "ION BLADE M1" is a fan-type ionizer that can be installed close to the work area and can irradiate ions onto the target object before neutralization. Weighing only 560g, it can be secured not only to pipes and stands but also with simple configurations such as zip ties, magnets, suction cups, and Velcro. However, when you make contact between a charged film or sheet (which is an insulator) and a grounded metal, it may appear as if the static electricity has disappeared. I experimented with this phenomenon using a static electricity measuring device.

The "Ion Blade F2 Series" is a flat, thin electrostatic eliminator that can be installed in narrow spaces where conventional needle-type electrode ionizers are difficult to set up. It enables efficient static elimination without wind and with uniformity from a proximity distance of 3 to 10 mm. It can be used for static elimination between rollers inside printers and copiers, installed on air conditioner louvers, and for indoor static elimination and air purification during the dry winter months. Conventional ionizers with needle-type electrodes have a gap between the electrodes, which can create areas where ions are hitting directly beneath the needle electrodes and areas where they are not when installed closely, necessitating ion irradiation from a distance. The FISA electrostatic eliminator "Air Gun Type" can be used to remove foreign substances such as dust and dirt that adhere due to static electricity, and to prevent their reattachment. While a regular air gun can remove foreign substances attached to plastic products, it does not eliminate the static electricity of the product itself or the foreign substances, leading to immediate reattachment. Additionally, friction with compressed air may further increase static electricity. This device can stably perform static elimination of plastic products and the foreign substances themselves. The Dynac FD-F360 is an electrostatic eliminator equipped with an ion blade processed into a ring shape instead of discharge needles. The ion blade is composed of a dielectric material and finely serrated electrodes formed on its surface, allowing for a high density of plasma generation points, which enables efficient and uniform generation of high concentrations of ions across the entire element. Since ions can be generated at a lower voltage compared to discharge needles, there is less adhesion of foreign substances due to electric field concentration. Additionally, by incorporating a heater in the electrode section, the generation of white ammonium nitrite precipitated from moisture in the air is suppressed. As a result, there is no need for frequent cleaning of the electrode section, allowing for the maintenance of stable static elimination capabilities over an extended period.

The hot runner molding device's resin mixing part, Plum Chip, can be used not only for plastic molding but also for liquid silicone (LSR), rubber molding, thermosetting resins, and as a mixing component for all types of injection molding machines. The spiral-shaped flow path is designed using fluid engineering principles, allowing for good mixing and dispersion of masterbatches and fillers through repeated dispersion and merging. The Plum Chip effectively suppresses the internal pressure of the molding machine cylinder, reducing resin dripping. Since high back pressure is not required for mixing purposes, there is no alteration or breakage of polymer molecules.
