The company had been using nylon mesh resin molded filters for fuel filtration, but encountered a problem where the nylon mesh deteriorated and melted during use. We received a request to reduce the cost of metal mesh filters purchased from existing suppliers. The current product is a coin filter made by crimping two types of metal mesh with different mesh sizes using stainless steel plates. Our company proposed a molded product made solely from metal mesh.
