[Case Study 6] 1m Long Filter

The first challenge was to produce it straight! A case where mass production became feasible.

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a long filter, approximately 1 meter in length, used in an old type of rolling mill. Due to the aging of the craftsmen who have been producing these filters, it will become difficult to obtain them in the future, so we were approached as a new supplier. The specifications of this filter are approximately 1 meter in length, with a spring-like coil inside the rolled mesh for reinforcement.
