• Stepping motor

This is a transmissive photo sensor that combines an infrared light-emitting diode and a photodetector with a photo IC (digital output) to achieve drip-proof and dust-proof performance. It features a built-in amplifier and an open collector output type. Due to its dust-proof and drip-proof structure (equivalent to IP64), it is less susceptible to the effects of dust and water droplets. New Product 'KI5540/5541' This sensor achieves a 5mm gap x depth of 6.5mm while maintaining the same external dimensions as a compact sensor with a 3.5mm gap. Compared to our conventional products with a 5mm gap in transmissive photo sensors, we have successfully reduced the size by over approximately 30% (*). As a result, it has become easier to design without requiring high precision for the flapping of the drive components, allowing for placement in small spaces. Additionally, we have adopted a strong lock connector that is effective in preventing harness disconnection, making it safe to use even in environments with high vibration. It also contributes to the standardization of parts, achieving a reduction in design workload and cost benefits while maintaining ease of handling. Currently, it is available as a 12V product, but we are considering releasing a 5V version in the future, so please feel free to contact us. *As of March 2023, based on volume comparison within our product lineup.
